Licinius is my late father’s middle name, and I’ve always loved how unique it was. The Latin meaning of it is upturned; an improvement or upward trend, especially in economic conditions or someone’s fortunes. With over a decade in the talent management industry, I’ve been known to upturn careers of many talent and want to continue to do so under my own roof.
